We are going to this campground that has
a lake with sail boats for rent, jet skis and
fishing, all kinds of stuff that I can do that I
love, even the fishing !
As long as somebody takes the fish off my hook : )
Saturday night is my night to cook, I have been
digging around looking for something to make that
will be easy and good, I found something called
"Hunters Stew" which looks really good so I will
let you know how it turns out !
Just to make things clear I am NOT sleeping
in a tent, we have a motor home that is almost
as nice as my apartment : )
